RESERVATION:
The reservation is deemed available as soon as we receive the pawn of the 30% of the stay’s total amount not later than a week starting from the verbal agreement.

The contract is nominative and it can’t be transferable to other people. In the location prices are included the costs of the furnished flat’s rent, water, electrical energy and gas.

PAYMENT:
The balance must be paid before the arrival.

GUARANTEE:
On arrival it is required a deposit of € 150,00 as a guarantee.

The guarantee will be returned back on departure, by previous check of the apartment.

In case of damages it will be deducted an amount equal to the damage caused.

STAY:
The apartment will be consigned starting from h. 16,00 until h. 20,00 and it must be checked out within h. 09,00 of departure’s day.

The apartment cannot be occupied by a number of people exceeding the number of beds booked.

Pets are not allowed.

CLEANING:
The apartment will be given clean and equipped with cleaning accessories: cleaning products are at one’s expense. On departure, the guests must leave the apartment clean and in perfect order. The kitchen equipment (crockery, pots, kitchen utensils) must be left in perfect order. The transgressor of this disposition is compelled to pay the sum of € 25,00.

EXTRA SERVICES:
The costs of hiring bed-linen will be agreed upon booking.

STAYING CONDITIONS:
The minimum stay is a week. All furnished flats are equipped by gas kitchen with four stoves, cold/hot water, dishes, pots and cutlery.

The supply of table-linen is not provided.
